1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BulkieBundles (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
BulkieBundles is a digital marketplace that facilitates the automated purchasing and delivery of telecommunication data bundles (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) within Ghana. We also provide a vendor platform allowing registered resellers to set individual markups and process orders via unique storefront links.
3. User and Vendor Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of their promotional activities and setting appropriate profit margins on their assigned base costs.
4. Payments, Deliveries, and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via approved Mobile Money payment gateways.
- Delivery: Once an order is placed and Mobile Money payment verification succeeds, the data bundle is dispatched automatically to the inputted recipient number.
- Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery nature of data products, all sales are final. We only offer refunds if an order payment succeeds but the automated delivery completely fails to process within our systems. If the network provider goes down, we will automatically retry and fulfill the order when the network comes back online.
5. Vendor Commissions & Payouts
Resellers (vendors) earn a commission representing the difference between their configured Selling Price and the platform Base Cost.
- Withdrawals/payouts have a minimum threshold of GHS 20.00.
- Payouts are disbursed via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer to a registered account matching your vendor profile.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
- To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment actions (including bypassing OTPs or manipulating gateway callbacks).
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BulkieBundles, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service, including but not limited to carrier network downtime or incorrect recipient numbers provided by the buyer.
